A young charismatic and principled leader, Jean Narcisse is a lifelong serving leader for Catholic Church organizations such as Saint Vincent De Paul and Saint Egidio Community and has been serving since 1997.

A highly acclaimed visionary leader, he holds a PhD in Business Diplomacy and International Relations from CEDS Paris, a Master of Public Administration from Regent University, a Post-Graduate in Applied Economy Intelligence & Strategy, an MBA from Ashworth College, an MBA, and a BA from ASTC Cote D’Ivoire. He also holds an advanced post-graduate in Political Theology. He has attended dozens of executive education programs.
