Organized mainly by The Djaha Group Corporation, the International Forum on the Future of Multinational Corporations was first organized on March 24, 2023 in Washington, DC. Under the theme: ‘’ Strengthening Multinational Corporations’ Competitiveness Today and Tomorrow: New Realities & Imperatives‘’ the Forum brought top corporate executives, government leaders, University professors, and innovation researchers from America, Africa, the Middle East, and South America.

The high-level conference answered the fundamental question of ‘’What will the future of multinational corporations and international organizations look like in the 21st century?’’

The 500 Participants were leaders and staff from multinational corporations, including Group CEOs, Chief Innovation & Strategy Officers, Presidents, Executive Vice Presidents, Senior Directors, Department Heads, and Industry Experts. These energy, trade, and finance sector leaders discussed their challenges, shared good practices, and proposed concrete solutions to strengthen the practice and leadership of multinational corporations.

The International Forum on the Future of Multinational Corporations also serves to advance the practice and leadership of multinational corporations. It consisted of four major conferences:

• Global Human Capital Revolution Conference: This session explores the role of human capital development experts such as CHROs, Chief Diversity Officers, VP of People & Experience, Chief Innovation Officers, Chief Learning Officers in advancing the human capital resources in multinational corporations.
• Global Business Policy Challenge Conference: in this session, discussants will discuss their challenges, share good practices, and share some benefits for international expansion. In this session, discussants share how they help their organizations navigate their policy challenges.
• Global Public – Private Sector Partnership Conference: in this session, leaders will address the importance of global public-private partnership for multinational corporations.
• Multinational Corporation Leadership Challenge Conference: in this session, our global executives will share their challenges at different levels and indicate how they solve those challenges.

The 2023 International Forum on the Future of Multinational Corporations will cover several sectors, including technology, retail, financial institutions, and trade.
